CNC Machinist [starter]:

Just getting started in machining and ready to learn from the best? At M&F, we’re looking for motivated individuals with a basic understanding of machining who want to build a real career. You’ll get hands-on experience with mills, lathes, and precision tools—working alongside experienced machinists and learning every step of the way. If you're mechanically inclined, eager to grow, and take pride in making things right, we’ll help you become a master machinist. Bring your curiosity and work ethic—we’ll provide the rest.

HMC/HBM Machinist [experienced]:

Are you a CNC machinist who thrives on making complex parts? M&F is looking for a skilled machinist with solid experience on horizontal machining centers and/or horizontal boring mills. You’ll be setting up challenging parts, often large weldments, and bringing high-precision projects to life. Solid G-code knowledge is a must, along with a passion for solving machining puzzles and pushing your skills on every setup. If you take pride in craftsmanship, love variety, and want to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment—this is your spot.

Manufacturing Engineer:

Are you fascinated by how things actually get made? At M&F, Manufacturing Engineering sits at the intersection of sales and the shop floor. You’ll take complex, often one-off projects and turn them into clear, repeatable manufacturing processes—planning operations, developing setups, and working closely with machinists and welders to solve problems as they arise. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being close to the work, constantly improving how things are built, and seeing ideas turn into real hardware fast.

Apprentice:

Just starting out, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn? M&F is looking for apprentices with curiosity, strong work ethic, and a real interest in how things are made. You’ll go through a structured training program, learn the fundamentals on the shop floor, and build skills for a long-term career in manufacturing. If you show up ready to learn, take pride in your work, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty, we’ll invest in you.
